Those with the “Log in to Dashboard” privilege can add a report (or an event) received outside of LiveSafe to the dashboard map. This is useful in order to provide greater context to other tips, quickly forward events to other groups within your organization, or push events out to the Safety Map.
- Click on the white “LiveSafe” button at the top right of your events map.
- Select “Add Report”.
- Using the crosshair that appears, locate the area on the map where you want to publish a report.
- Click on the report location on the map.
- Fill in report information including report details and report notes.
- Click “Add Report”.
Note: Adding reports to the dashboard map should be added at the community level. Although these reports will feed up into dashboards above it, it is important to add them at the community level they should be associated with to help manage data.
