The “Message Organization Safety” event is often used when the app user cannot physically talk because of impairment or circumstance. It is recommended that you treat an emergency message with the same priority as an emergency call.
When a LiveSafe mobile app user sends a message via “Message Organization Safety”, a notification similar to a tip event will appear in the Live Safety Events Feed. The safety event - with the title “Emergency Message” - will flash red and will emit a sonar-like pinging sound until clicked on. Once clicked, the dashboard user will be able to view the event information, use Live Chat to get additional information by chatting with the app user, and process the event message.
