Your LiveSafe app users can communicate with Command Dashboard administrators in a variety of ways. These methods are called events and consist of:
- A Tip from the Report Tips section of the app.
- Call 911 and Call Organization Security from the app’s Emergency Options.
- Message Organization Safety also through the Emergency Options section of the app.
If an app user initiates a SafeWalk, dashboard admins will not be notified. SafeWalk is a peer-to-peer (app-to-app) feature and not an app-to-dashboard feature. If the app user decides to utilize the emergency options within SafeWalk, the event will show up on the dashboard as an incoming emergency call and location services will be initiated. This will enable you to view the location and path of travel for the caller.
