Starting November 8, 2019, all organizations with SafeRide enabled in their configuration will hear a different sound whenSafeRide requests are sent to the dashboard. Previously, the sound was the same "sonar ping" that you heard with all other events that come into the dashboard. We received feedback from our clients saying that those requests sometimes are more urgent than some of the typical tips/events that come into the dashboard and they would like to be notified separately of such requests. Going forward the "sonar ping" will sound for the tips/events configured in your app, whereas, SafeRide requests will have a "chime" sound when requests are received.
