In the latest release of iOS 13, Apple has required that any app that offers options for signing in with third-party services (i.e. Facebook, Google, etc.) MUST add "Sign in with Apple ID" to their offerings. Unfortunately, the way that "Sign in with Apple ID" works, isn't compatible with the way LiveSafe Mobile accounts are created and used as they exist currently. With that in mind, we made the decision to remove the "Connect Using Facebook" option to remove ourselves from Apple's requirement while we work to improve the account creation and sign in process to make it more compatible with Apple's and other federated sign-in options.
If you used "Connect Using Facebook" in the past, you will need to sign in using the standard username/password method going forward. In order to do that, you'll need to go through the steps to create a password for your account using the "forgot password?" option in the mobile app.
This article will walk you through how to reset (create) your password in the LiveSafe Mobile app.
