One of the changes introduced with the release of iOS 13 includes notifications about what apps are using your location and how many times your location has been updated. Similar to the notification in the screenshot below:
What this notification means is that the LiveSafe app has updated your location that many times in the specified timeframe. LiveSafe does NOT track your location. Each time your location is captured in our system, your previous location update is purged from the system. LiveSafe only stores one single location per user at any given time. The map shown in the image and the dots on the map are populated by your device and are in no way representative of the data that LiveSafe has stored for you. The dots simply represent the location stored on your device that was transmitted to the LiveSafe app at one point in time within the specified timeframe.
