The LiveSafe Analytics page includes details on both Total Population and Registered Users. Why? What's the difference?
LiveSafe separates users into two categories: contact-only, and registered users. Organizations can add individuals manually (instructions here), or via Automated User Management or Active Directory. If these individuals do not go through and log into the LiveSafe App, they are in the database but do not have a registered profile.
Total Population includes both contact-only and registered users. This number indicates how many individuals can be reached by a broadcast message sent using SMS and email.
Registered Users have logged in through the app or web portal and activated their profile. These individuals are then able to submit tips to the command dashboard.
