Each Beta user has to be specifically granted the ability to see the Connect "Create" buttons in your LiveSafe Dashboard. So they won't be visible for your entire organization, only the specific people we grant Beta access to.
You can use any email address to add a Participant, with no limitations on if they are internal or external to your organization, even if the're not a current LiveSafe Client & user. However, when adding Participants to a Conversation, you'll have to know their email address, meaning you won't be able to access your Dashboards "Users" or "Groups"
After creating a Conversation, you'll have to use the mobile app for all Conversation chat and notifications
You can't create a Conversation in the mobile app -- you have to use the Dashboard to create
You can't add/edit/remove Participants in a Conversations that's already been created
You can't remove yourself from a Conversation
You can't delete a Conversation
You can't throttle/mute Conversation push notifications, other than by turning off all LiveSafe mobile app push notifications
PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE LIMITATIONS OF 2-5 ABOVE, WE RECOMMEND LIMITING THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS IN EACH CONVERSATIONS, AND KEEPING THEM SMALLER
You can only use one email address to aggregate your Conversations. You'll still be able to get into Conversations you're invited to via other email addresses, but they won't be aggregated or shown on the Activity screen
If you log out of the app, you won't see your Connect Conversations when you log back in (But, you can recover them by clicking the link in any Conversation invite)
You can only use Connect on one mobile device, e.g. you won't be able to see your Conversations on your phone AND your iPad
You can't upload videos in Conversation chat using Android
