If you maintain an Active Roster of employees or students, LiveSafe can create accounts for each individual and invite them to join the app. This helps automate spreading the word, ensures that contact information is available to support Broadcast Messaging, and also helps remove individuals from your app community if they depart the organization.
In order to bulk upload users into the LiveSafe Mobile app, you'll need to connect to provide LiveSafe with a public SSH key, in OpenSSH format, and a properly formatted CSV file. LiveSafe would then provide you with the IP address, port number, and username that you'll use to connect to the SFTP server. Once you are connected to the SFTP server and your properly formatted file is uploaded, it will automatically ingest users into the system, typically about 48 hours after you upload the file.
