If you don't have a 24/7 operations center, how do you know when new tips are submitted? The easiest way is to enable email alerts for incoming tips.
To enable emails:
1. In the LiveSafe Dashboard, click the "User" icon on the right-hand menu.
2. Enter your name in the "Search for users" bar, click search.
3. Select your profile
4. Click Privileges, check the "Receive new event emails" box, and click Save.
