Where should client concerns be routed after the release?
How will clients upgrade to the updated home screen?
The home screen will be released in an app update. All your users will see the updated home screen once they update to the latest version of the LiveSafe mobile app after release
What additional configuration is required to use existing features?
There is no configuration required. All features carry over to the updated home screen interface.
If a client doesn’t currently have a SafeWalk card, will one need to be added upon release?
No, every client will automatically have a SafeWalk card added to their home screen.
Can the background color of a card be changed?
Yes, the background color of a card can be changed. Existing configuration colors will be preserved after the home screen release.
Can an icon or graphic be removed completely from a card?
This is not currently a capability we provide. The graphics are designed to represent those features to end-users to increase their comfort, confidence, and adoption.
Where do I find the “edit home screen” button in the dashboard?
If you have the Add/Edit Users privilege and you are viewing a community organization in the LiveSafe Command Dashboard, the Configure Your App button will appear in the right-hand navigation bar.
Are we able to update the resources section with the new release, or only change the cards?
Editing certain functionality, such as Resources and Emergency Options, is not yet available and will be provided in a future release.
Can we make changes to wording and icons used on Standard style cards?
Yes, both wording and icons can be changed. Please see our article on adding new cards for more details.
Is there a way to preview cards for communications/legal approval prior to making updates live?
Yes, any updates made while editing a card are displayed in the Card Preview Area and are not distributed to end-users until the changes are saved. Please see our article on adding new cards for more details.
Is there a difference between LiveSafe and WorkSafe apps?
There is one app for all LiveSafe and WorkSafe products, so these updates apply equally.
