You can upload contact information for your organization one time through a CSV file or on a recurring basis from your active directory. Users should only be uploaded to LiveSafe if you need to send a message to your entire organization's contact information using the broadcast or check-in feature.
You DO NOT need to upload contact information to use WorkSafe or your daily health questionnaire. To use WorkSafe without a user upload, simply share the app download link (from the welcome email) with your organization. From the link, they can access the application (and from the application, in turn, the daily health survey).
