To make changes to your health questionnaire you must purchase an update from the LiveSafe website.
Once that is purchased, please send all changes to support@livesafemobile.com and be sure to specify the organization and survey in which you would like the changes made. If you are unsure if you need to purchase an update for your survey change email support and they can direct you with the next steps. See below for some examples:
Purchase Needed
- Add a new question/remove a question
- Add a dropdown location selection
- Update the logic of the survey
- Add questions in another language or a language selection (Please note all questions, not in American English will need to be provided. We do not support survey translation.)
Purchase NOT Needed
- Change the name of your organization on the survey
- Add a disclaimer page
