Upon being uploaded, files are typically processed within 48-72 hours. However, this timeframe can change depending on volume. When files are processed, a snapshot of the SFTP server is taken and all new files in that snapshot are processed in the order in which they were originally configured. To alleviate some of the guessing, you will receive a "LiveSafe AUM Validation Report" email when the file is successfully uploaded and then you'll receive an email with the subject "Snapshot processing successful (or failed if the file failed to process) for organization {Organization Name}..." to confirm that the file was processed.
