In the LiveSafe Web App
All the Connect Conversations you create in an organization can be found with the LiveSafe Connect web app. To launch it, first click the Connect button in the right navigation bar of the LiveSafe Command Dashboard
This will launch the LiveSafe Connect web app, where you'll see all the Conversation you've created in your organization, and all the Conversations you've been invited to within that organization
In the LiveSafe Mobile App
To see in the LiveSafe mobile app all the Connect Conversations you've been invited to, you first tap the Connect button in the left menu
If you have the new LiveSafe mobile app home screen, you should see the Connect card right at the top. After joining or starting a Connect conversation, a Connect Card will appear at the top of the mobile app home screen.
Tapping the left menu button or the card both take you to the same place, the Connect Activity screen, where you'll see all the Conversations you've been invited to under your specific email address.
What if I Can't Find Connect in the Mobile App?
If you've been in Conversation in the LiveSafe mobile app, but no longer see the Connect card or button in it, there's an easy way to get them back -- you just need to click in an email invite for one of those previous Conversations, or just create a new Conversation in Connect web app and then click in that email invite. Once you click in either, you'll again see the Connect button/card in the mobile app, and all your previous Conversations will be there.
