How do I access WorkSafe?
Your organization should have sent you a link (it starts with "https://cdl.lvsafe.io/a/") or a QR code that uses the same link. Click that link or use the QR code. You will be taken to the Play Store or the App Store, depending on your device. Once you download the app and create your profile, you will then be dropped into your correct organization.
If you do not get dropped into the correct organization, simply click the deeplink again and you will then enter the right organization.
What if my organization did not send out a Deeplink?
Go to the Play Store or App Store and download "LiveSafe." After creating your profile, choose your organization. If you have location services enabled, the list will be populated based on your location, ordered closets to farthest away. If location services are not enabled and you don't immediately see your organization, you can type your organization name in the search field to find it.
What if I don't have a smartphone?
If your organization is using the Daily Health Questionnaire, they can provide that link separately from the app. You can fill out the Daily Health Questionnaire using any web browser. We recommend adding that link to your "Favorites" or "Bookmarks."
Can I autofill or autocomplete some fields on the Daily Health Questionnaire? Name, Phone Number, Email?
Autofill is available, but only if you have enabled it on your personal device. To protect potentially sensitive health data, no information is passed between the Daily Health Questionnaire and the LiveSafe App.

As autofill is handled on your device, the LiveSafe team is unable to support specific requests. We recommend you refer support requests to your device manufacturer or the operating system developers.
Who do I contact if I have any issues with the survey questions?
Your organization selected the survey questions. Please contact your administrators, and if they want the questions updated, they will let the LiveSafe staff know.
What privacy provisions are in place for WorkSafe Users?
The WorkSafe Toolkit does not ask for or collect any private health information. Likewise, any health surveys that are deployed are owned and operated by the company or employer, so we do not see or store that information. And all of the surveys we've seen to date are based strictly on the CDC guidance regarding COVID-19 symptoms.
In addition, WorkSafe is built on the existing infrastructure of LiveSafe -- which your organization already trusts with its safety and risk communications. Privacy and security are fundamental components of that infrastructure. For example, the App user is always in control of whether or not their location services are activated on their mobile device. Users can also remain anonymous when chatting or reporting information to their employer.
